Students M.V Herwadkar English Medium High School have once again brought credit to the school though their philanthropic deeds. The opportunity presented itself when Miss. Anaya Ghadi was informed by Bela and Gouri Gajbar about a Belgaumite who needed financial help. Chitra Desai, a citizen of Belgaum have gone through a tuff time battling with lung cancer.

Aged over 40yrs, she was in need of a domestic help having a five years old son. Under Ananyas able leadership, the entire team pitched in and managed to collect Rs. 1500 mainly through reward earn in competition organized during DIYA FEST on the occasion of Diwali. These star angels viz., Miss. Ananya Ghadi, Mast. Sharad Joshi, Miss. Shrushti Bagewadi, Miss. Sanchita Changadkar (std X 21-22 batch) and Mast. Praveen Anandachye and Mast. Chandraprabhu Desai (std X 22-23 batch) truly deserve appreciation for their noble deeds.
